pop-up button recognization failed in SAP IRPA Cloud studio

Hello all,
We are facing an issue with popup recognition where we need to download document for some users , some times when we are downloading document its asking pop-up with (yes/no) button to download. Pop-up arrives in same page, so that we captured that pop-up as a screen in same page, and we gave criteria as "ID" to the "YES" button. But when we are running the bot page is getting recognized but "YES" button is not recognized. How to handle this?
