pop-up button recognization failed in SAP IRPA Cloud studio

Hello all,
We are facing an issue with popup recognition where we need to download document for some users , some times when we are downloading document its asking pop-up with (yes/no) button to download. Pop-up arrives in same page, so that we captured that pop-up as a screen in same page, and we gave criteria as "ID" to the "YES" button. But when we are running the bot page is getting recognized but "YES" button is not recognized. How to handle this?

Can you remove the id as recognition criteria for the YES button?

Sometimes the id changes in run time.

Can you add text and other criteria in combination and check in Application tester if it is recognising ?

Yes we Tested in Application Tester aswell still the Button not Recognised.

Can you send the screen shot of new updated criteria.

One more thing u can try is Text contains 'Yes'. It is because may be if there is any space after Yes in the UI.
