how to activae unplanned expense w/ settlement in T/C?

Dears,

It founds that 'Goto Expenses Planned Expenses with Settlemen' is deactive in our S/4 HANA GTM environment. how can i activate it?

According to SAP help, it's for the expense which can be fixed during logistics processing such as commissions, which Planned expense w/o settlement can not do that.

In T/C, top menu: GOTO, Expense, unplanned expense with settlement

in additional, what's the meaning of expense type for the conditon group?

please check, if in the customizing (t-code WB2B_CUS) Global Trade Management > Activate Components Expenses Settlement Active is set and Expense Type is set to 1.
