Edit Restriction Options for Material Descriptions in SAP

I am working in Procurement and we are creating Purchase Order using code ME21N and we get request from End-user using ME51N selecting material master . Now for example you can check Purchase request for DRY SAND but EDITED and added (SIVED SAND) which is not correct spelling later while creating Purchase Order we have to correct it DRY SAND(SIEVED SAND) which will be sent to Vendor -Note: we need only Editable should be removed in PR Level only

IS THAT POSSIBLE
