SAP S4 HANA public cloud SSO with Google

Hey there,

we are totally new to SAP and have no clue. We tried two different approaches to install SSO with google Suite:

In this handbook we could get until step 14. But now we really dont know what the "SAP Cloud Plattform" is. We expected it to be the BTP but we then couldn´t find the the "local Service provider" tab.

The second approach to get it installed was this:

But still were not successfull. Is there anything like useful tutorial how to install SSO with SAP S4 HANA Public Cloud?
