Disp+work process starts than dies in SAP R/3 4.7 ...

I stopped SAP R/3 4.7 ent server for backup, when i restart the Microsoft management console the disp+work process turns yellow to grey.

Can any one help me to solve this problem???

Hello Rajan,

The database library file - dbadaslib.dll is missing due to which the system is not starting.Copy this file from any other SAP system in your landscape or download it from service market place.

After keeping this file in kernel directory restart the SAP system.

How did you solve this? I have same problem.
