Dear Rowell,

i run CCO on Panasonic Toughbook CF-33 (Touchscreen) without any problem.

So i assume you can install also on Microsoft Surface.

Andreas

Please be aware that there are Surface devices with ARM CPUs (for instance the Surface Pro X), and you will most probably not be able to run CCO on these (I think there's no JVM Build for this architecture with Windows, and you would probably also have problems finding compatible drivers for your POS periphery devices).

You should look for Surface devices with x86-64 CPUs, which in the case of the Surface line-up are exclusively from Intel. I would recommend you get at least an i5, as the Java Webservice from CCO can be quite resource-intensive sometimes.

I can second this, I ran into this issue in the past and can confirm that it is not possible to run CCO on these ARM CPUs Surface devices

Hi Rowell,

The SAP Customer Checkout runs on MS Windows operating system.

If your device uses MS Windows OS, you can install the SAP Customer Checkout.
You can find additional information in the PAM

Hi,

Yes it is compatible. I'm using Microsoft Surface and have installed SCCO from 2.0 FP09 until 2.0FP12 with no issues.
