The SET PROCESSOR Button is not active in message monitor if AIF RECPIENT is configured to use ASSIGN ROLES
The same is active if AIF RECEPIENT is configured to use ASSIGN USERmessage-monitor.jpg

you are right, I just tested as well, I would say this is a bug, can you please create an incident ticket
