Inactive employee information not shown in data replication monitor

Dear community,

did some of you face the same issue?

We have two employees which data cannot be find in replication data monitor.

They are new hires and have not started yet --> inactive employees which should not be a problem.

I can select the employees but I cannot see any results regarding replication.
