For Sales Representative VPE3 and Table PA0001

For Sales Representative we need to wanted to know if the First name and Last name is entered then why in PA0001 in column Employee name/App.name it is showing the last name first and the first name last. Similarly in VPE3 when we check the created customer in Personal Data field below first name and last name it shows the same Last name comes first and First name comes second. For example if my first name is Kiran and last name is Shetty in SAP system it appears Shetty Kiran is there any settings we can change this in VPE3 or at table level in PA0001 so that the appearance comes in SYNC .
