Getting warning while editing adobeforms layout?

Hi everyone,

You can see the screenshot i have attached,it says this form contains warnings,open the report pallete for detail.

Iam unable to close this box and also unable to make changes,Also i opened report pallete for details but nothing happened.Please help if anybody have faced the same issue??
