Unable to activate MM Data Model

I have extended all the structures and table in se11 with custom attributes and also added them in the standard Data model MM.

After saving, when I try to activate it in customizing screen ,it shows the error 'Save your MM Data model and then try to activate it.' However, the data is already saved.
