Hello experts,

In tutorial "Build Your Mobile Development Kit Client Using Cloud Build Service" says:

"In order to implement Push Notifications, a paid Apple developer account is required. Students or other developers with a personal Apple ID for their team will not be able to use push notifications, because they will not have access to the Developer Portal to generate the required certificate."

My app doesn't need Push Notifications however Cloud Build Service still requires a signing profile. From Mobile Service settings, I can generate a signing profile however only for Android, for iOS only upload.

That means is needed to have a developer account in any case or there is another way?
