Physical Inventory Sampling

Good Evening,

Is there any guide for Physical Inventory Sampling? I want to know clear steps to make it or a certain video. The help.sap, I find it not clear.

If anyone could give me an example for plant with certain storage location, and explain the difference between stratum, sampling area, stratification, Update, and extrapolation.
