copy a HANA database without catalog

Hi,

Can I have a copy of my database ( HANA 2.0 SPS 05 ) while I don't have catalog of the source server?

assume that I face a disaster and the whole production server is gone, all I have is a full backup of last night and differential backup to the time before crash, how can I restore these backups to a fresh installed database?

I need to say that my strategy is to have a full backup using backint plus diff delta backup every 15 minutes.

I'd be beyond thankful if anyone could answer.
