De-activation of JAVA

For security reasons, Thales plans to uninstall JAVA from all PC. This will cause issues on Web User Interfaces called by NWBC. When we display/modify Engineering records and click on the Attachment Tab, the java ACF should be called, but as JAVA won't be install anymore, the system hangs up.
How can we bypass JAVA and still access to the attachment tab?
