Short dump -Missing DRF Customizing when trying to Ale Vendor with BD14

Hi Team,

Im trying trigger the IDOC for vendor master idoc ,but i got the dump ..No DRF Customizing determined for client system, actually my scenario is not related to DRF , can you please how to aviod/deactive this ?
