User perform budget returns KBRO budget type not recorded in table BPGE

Hi all,

I have a custom program here that extract information from BPGE table mainly to output the budget information.

However, the FI user says her amount not tally as she had performed budget returns recently (KBRO budget type).

She highlighted another correct case which shows the amount tally.

I compared both case and found that the differences lies in table entry in BPGE table.

Her returns transactions (no idea how the FI perform that) KBRO budget type is missing from the BPGE table.

Anyone have any idea how and why is this the case?
