Alert process chain with a log filter

By setting up ALERT via tcode ALRTCATDEF, everything works if the block in the chain turns red.

But there are errors that occur at a very deep level, for example, when uploading data to info cubes or DTP. And then the block does not turn red, but continues to remain yellow.

But in tcode ST22 we will see that the TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED error occurred.

Or if we open the message log of the yellow block, then there will be a line in the inscription on the picture.

Why is there a yellow triangle and not a red circle? There's a mistake there!

Question: Is it possible to set up alerts with a log filter. For example, should I send an alert if there is the word "*Error*" in the logs?
