Where do we save user's self-service access data in SAP FSM

Hello，

SAP FSM Self-service access user's data cannot be found in any DTO of SAP FSM. For example, there are users who can login to the self-service portal but we do not see users data of self-service portal in SAP FSM DTOs.

Could you please guide me on this?

Hi,

The User data could not be found in any DTO of SAP FSM, the data for the end customers is stored in the SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC).

There might be an entry in the Contact DTO if a service request was created. So you could search by the email address.
