What's the difference between SAP BUSINESS ONE CLOUD and The Web Client for SAP Business One

I cannot find any general information about what the SAP BUSINESS ONE CLOUD is.

It seems that it's a separate installer for the Service Layer and Service Controller to provide sale up the Web Client.

A general overview would be helpfull.
