I have a similar question.

I'm about to set up SAP Cloud ALM for Operations for our cloud and on-premise landscapes.

Where can I find the actual security guide?

I must answer the question of how exactly the data interchange between the BTP could tenant for Cloud ALM and managed systems.

I know to connect Cloud ALM in S4HANA but, let's say, how exactly "Real User Monitoring" with all their personal data is sent to the BTP could tenant?
