MR21 Unable to change standard price / new price colum grayed for some user and allowed for other

Hello Expert ,

Some users try to update std price for an article with MR21 Tcode, new price column is grayed.

But for one user , the column is not grayed.

Do you know why ?

I checked authorization object and parameter user.
