How to load Historical Data from one GTS system to another GTS system?

Is there any solution that could automatically transfer historical data or archived data from one GTS system to another GTS system?

We are facing a compliance issue, our client asks to keep partial historical data in new GTS system, we want to know is there any solution could solve it,
