Permission for efforts in FSM mobile app

I have user group ( service technician ) I give them a permission to some object only

Now the problem is those technicians are not able to edit or see the approval status for efforts in mobile app, I would like to know the permission object I should give it to the technician user group to be able to show and edit the effort after the dispatcher request change of efforts

Below screen shows functionality available in user group ( admin )

So anyone know how to show the edit option and status of the effort for service technicican ?
