My BTP account got deleted and I lost all the test objects I was working on

I have been using a BTP trial account to practice with CPI. However, today I logged on and the system seems to just create a new subaccount for me. All my existing objects are completely gone. I logged on to my account two days ago with no problem. Any way I can restore my old artifacts?
