Getting Error when trying to Deploy Integration Flow "Tenant not onboarded or not driven by this CO"

I am new to CPI and Yesterday, I have created a new SAP Trail Account for CPI using below link and tried to deploy a basic Integration Flow but getting below error message.

Error

'Test' deployment failed. Either Tenant: XXXXXXtrial is not onboarded or not driven by this CO application.
I couldn't proceed further on this and any help is appreciated.
