Onboarding

Hi there,

I need to know about the license for Onboarding 2.0

My company had the agreement back in 2016 for all the SF modules including Onboarding 1.0 at that time. The agreement is still ongoing and will be end in Dec 2022.

My concern is for Onboarding 2.0 do we need to bye another license or request SAP to switch/upgrade license from 1.0 to 2.0?

I have tried enabled 2.0 from provisioning but it didn't worked.

Please advise.
