CMIR text as pop-up in sales order while entering material number

We have a requirement to get a pop-up with the CMIR text while creating a sales order. It's working for Sold-to and not working for Ship-to. Even We have done the enhancement for US_KUNNR, but still we are not getting the pop-up. What can be done to achieve this?
