SAP B1 integration with shopify - integration hub - manage items by serial numbers / batches

We are integrating SAP B1 with Shopify using the integration hub. The integration is completed successfully. However, when we try to synchronise products, the synchronization fails. The items are serial number / batch enabled in SAP B1 as the same happens to be the requirement.

Are we missing on some configuration related to the same ? Please advise
