Crystal Reports XI Inserting TIFF with OLE Object

I am attempting to use OLE OBJECT and inserting a TIFF image on to my CR XI report but all i see on the report is a little image and not the actual image. What am i doing incorrectly ?

I did the following:

1. Insert -> OLE Object

2. From a file.

3. Small icon shows up on the report and not the actual image during design.

4. Nothing at all with run tmie.

5. I can double click the image to bring up Paint to view it.
