Hello Rahul,
what you need is the SUMCT functionality, like shown here:

I guess you might want to hide the result line in your newly created column... don't know for sure if this works... you need to test it.

Thank you Martin. I tried using SUMCT but this function is only for display purpose. So I searched a little more in SAP knowledge articles and found that I am supposed to use constant selection on Operation field to use the summation. Here is the article -
