GSBER COPA characteristic missing in field catalog

Dear experts,

I have to include GSBER characteristic in the Operating Concern, but is is not available in the field catalog.

Do you know how to make this available or in case it is not possible how to create it from as customized?

In case this should be created as user characteristic (WWxxxx), do you know how to derive the information to get Business Area data populated?
