Link attachement to output in billing document

Hello,

Our customer ask for adding attachments to the output "EMAIL" automatically .

Is it possible to link an attachement to an output (PRINT,EMAIL..) automatically by customizing or API ?

It appears to be missing functionality . I would recommend following the KBA https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2963059 and submitting a feature request

Hello Soufiane,

Did you try by going on Change Billing Documents app?

1. Go to Change Billing Documents app
2. Click on "Services for Object" button and then 'add an attachment'
3. Then go to Output Request button and on the Output Item double click on the attachment field
4. You can see that there is a document available and you click on "attach".

The API API_CV_ATTACHMENT_SRV ( Entity AttachmentContentSet ) can be used for uploading / adding attachments

We use already this API to add attachment, but the missing point is that how to link attachment to the output (PRINT, EMAIL..) by this API ? or there is another way to do it ? customizing or job..?
