Approver Level Validation

Hi Team,

I got a scenario were we have Two Approver1 and Approver 2. Where Approver 1 as authorized for both creating CR ( Requestor) and Approve also . So whenever Approver 1 Create CR so it should not able to Approver the Request it should be approved by Approver 2 and Approver 1 can able to see that request but not authorized to approve.
