SAP ECC data extraction

Hi experts,

I would like to extract sales data from SAP ECC, system PE1, t-code MB51. I want to extract data of all SKUs. My peers taught me to press the yellow button on the right of the material field then copy all SKU lists from an excel file to the material field every time downloading which is time-consuming. That is why I would like to ask HOW I CAN EXTRACT ALL SKU WITHOUT COPYING SKU LIST. I will very much appreciate your help.

Note: When I copy a list I just see data on the 1st box of the material field. I think it should be filled in 2 boxes FROM and TWO. Kindly help explains that principle.
