You can try option for screen variant or transaction variant to have default values with 50 quantities in your PO.
could you please navigate how this can be achieved
why do you need such settings ?
Did you try setting this in Info record against "Standard Qty" ??
Is this a limit or you always want quantity to be set at 50?

Yes Tammy PO created manually which should be set 50 always for certain material.
Above thread provided related to tolerance but in our case PO quantity to be always 50 whenever created
