We have set Intercom as Fallback channel for our chatbot running on SAP CAI. However, whenever fallback is triggered, it always creates a new Anonymous user in Intercom and the new chat window is opened with title as "Anonymous user from recastwebchat". Thus, it's difficult to track the user's identity. Also, there is no option to share bot's memory with Intercom.
Our question - Is there any way we can send some data from CAI chatbot with Intercom while the fallback is triggered?
