SAP C4C - Currency derivation when assigned to multiple sales organizations

Hi all,

My question is fairly simple. With the one of the more recent releases, it is now possible to assign an employee to multiple sales organizations and sales units.

Now I know that the currency displayed in reports in the 'Home' screen (RUI) are being derived from sales org level (company level).

My question is: how will the system determine the currency to be displayed in reporting when your employee is assigned to multiple sales organizations with different currencies?

I couldn't find any documentation on this in the corresponding release notes.

Hi Jens

C4C Reporting supports both the Company currency as well as Department currency as options in the selection parameter. The department currency can be maintained in the Org Unit details. An employee can be assigned to an Org Unit which is his primary assignment, and other Org Units as well which are secondary assignments. During reporting if the option for Department Currency is chosen, then the system would pick up the currency of the Org Unit which is the primary assignment for the employee. If this is not desired, it can be changed manually of course
