Data action dimension parameters

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to select option All when I choose range for two of my dimension parameters called "Раздео" and "Глава" ? For this use case, it's easier to first select all members and then deselect ones we don't want to be affected by this data action, but I can not see All box anywhere.

Also, can I change the order in which parameters are showing in data action window?

Hi marija_milutinovic89,
I think you can add a hierarchy to the dimension, having an "All" member as top node. With the hierarchy in place you can also define the sequence of members.

Thank you for answering.

I tried what you suggested and made Parent-Child Hierarchy for dimension Razdeo. It solved my problem partially.

As you can see in the picture below, now I can select All members from data action window. However, users also want to have an option to select All members and then to deselect ones they don't want to be affected by data action, because there is always more members they want to include compared to the members they don't want to include.

When I select All, it is not possible to deselect, is there a way to fix that?

Hi marija_milutinovic89,

you might want to try with a story or page filter and link it to the data action. E.g. in a page filter you can define "All" at designtime and deselect single members, nodes, etc. at runtime.
