Not able to add new characterstic is advance dso

Experts,

I want to add new char(info Object) in ADSO but when I'm going details tab and hitting add info Object button. And then searching for required object its not appearing in search.

Any help in adding Char in ADSo??? it has change log,Active table and activation is required
