Delete Export license in GTS already assigned to orders

How do you delete an export license in GTS that is assigned to an order? We have created a license, but the details were incorrect and the admin didn't notice until after the license was partially assigned to two sales documents. Now we need to delete the assignment on the document and then delete the license, re-create the license and then reassign to the sales documents.

Please advise.
