Why do associations and message flows look the same in Signavio?

In Signavio associations and message flows have the same "half dashed, half dotted" line style. In the official BPMN 2.0 Documentation of OMG (see screenshot below) and in any literature of BPMN 2.0 there is a clear difference:

Associations: dotted line
Message Flows: dashed line

Can anyone explain that?

Exactly!, Its confusing.

In Signavio L1 training, ie https://learning.sap.com/learning-journey/run-sap-business-processes-with-sap-signavio-solutions

Under - List of Connecting Objects - Half dashed is shown for message flow, but through out the learning, Half dotted is used.
