Edit and Delete icon not display in Notes Tab

Hi Experts,

As per my requirement, Note Tab should work in custom TI screen as like standalone screen Account.

But, when I drag and drop the SinglenoteHistory (same like Standard), we observe that we can add multiple Note, But, there is no edit and delete Icon is not displaying, where in Account screen It's reflecting.
