Changing SAP LOGO BI LAUNCHPAD 4.3 as per requirement

Hi Team,

Currently, we are using BI LAUNCHPAD 4.3 version As per requirement the BI launchpad of 4.3 instead of the SAP logo should replace with "IPL"
