SYSTEM MONITORING : Record count of non-partitioned tables alert

Good day experts, we have setup hana alerts for

Record Count of Non-Partitioned Column-Store Tables

Please see the attached screenshots.

In this example we did get an alert for LIPS table in red but not for VLPMA, which is also red.

And as the setup is on the higher level it follows that this should work for both alerts?

or am i missing something here?

Hello Hennie,

I would need to see the whole configuration, but just checking your attachment I can see several metrics being checked under the same alert (looks like a metric group checking several variants).

In this case, if any of the metrics belonging to this metric group is rating yellow or red, the alert will be generated.

When an alert is generated, an alert group is created, and new alert instances will be added to this alert group.

Thank you Luis that was spot on. I have ticked the button, the only problem is now we are getting a lot of emails for some reason, maybe it is not related.
