S4 HANA Sales Document Workflow Approval - SoD & Drafts

1) How do I stop the Sales Doc Workflow from starting after the first save?

User wants to change document a few times before it is locked for processing and waiting approval. Ie its in Draft before we request approval.

2) If my Sales Doc creator is also an Approver, how do I stop them being allowed to approve their own documents. If they raise the order I want another user to apporve.
