Add Plan Customer Projects Responsibilities: Roles

Hello,

We want to add new roles in the Projects in Plan Customer Projects app in S/4 HANA Cloud, that can also approve timesheet entries. Currently, there are 3 roles in a project. Project Controller, Project Accountant, and Project Partner. Is it possible to add more roles which can approve time sheet entries? Thank you!

Hi Lora,

Yes, You can configure custom roles using the SSCUI 103448.

Once you setup the Custom Roles, for the timesheet approval, you have to activate the following BAdi to write your custom logic to determine the timesheet approver as per your business requirement.
