Creation of a reminder to open a financial period in SAP ByD : tile or others...

Hello SAP community,

I would like to know if there is any report in SAP ByDesign where I can see the open and closed period?

Actually, my financial controller often forget to open the next period... so many flows are locked.

I want to know if it is possible to create an alarm (like a tile maybe?) to remind him to open a period - if the next one is still closed.

Do you have any tips to do so?
