Error status while processing Delivery output.(Print) with Custom output

Hi Gurus,

Please help me on the below issue. ZL10 is the output that prints delivery. The strange thing is the issue is happening only in Prod and not in Quality. There are no differences in the driver program in Quality and Prod. Printers defined also same in both systems. The saddest part is no processing log available in the delivery. Can someone please help on this.
