Onboarding 2.0 Email notification

Dear All,

Is it possible for on boarding 2.0 to send email notifications for participants such an IT team as a dynamic attachment?

Meaning, I need to send a preconfigured and mapped email notification to IT team in the Company, but not for External users. Is it possible?
